My writings and projects

Sarrin Blackthorne has been writing for about 16 years, submitting her work in local and privately circulated publications. Her writing style is heavily influenced by authors in the horror/fantasy genre such as Anne Rice, Stephen King, and Robert Jordan. Sarrin was born and raised in and around Portland, Oregon. She has been married for 14 years and has three beautiful children that she raises as a stay at home mom, when she is not busy writing. Sarrin has always been interested in the horror/fantasy genre and credits her interest in it to her mother, who encouraged Sarrin to write, watch and read the genre since she was a child.
